  1. Purpose and Applicability

The General Terms of Use document establishes the rules for using the website and regulates the contractual relationship between the service provider and the user.

Therefore, the User must read, understand, and accept these General Terms of Use before using the website. If the User does not accept them, they should not access OmniK's website.

The User acknowledges that they provide information consciously and voluntarily through registration forms or via websites operated by OmniK.

The Parties declare that they do not infringe and will not infringe upon the intellectual, copyright, or industrial property rights of any third party, and that no item, part, or component of the services of this website will do so.

OmniK owns the content created on this website, retaining its rights over its projects, created content, logos, trademarks, patents, photographs, text, layout, business secrets and strategies, copyrightable works, and any other intellectual and/or industrial property rights.

No intellectual and/or industrial property rights, currently existing or obtained, acquired, or licensed by one Party, either before or after the use of this website, will be transferred or licensed to the other Party except through license or rights transfer agreements, which must always be written and signed by both Parties.

The Central Court of São Paulo, Capital District, shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from this document.
